Seralie Bonett is a global HR leader, occupational psychology practitioner and BPS-qualified psychometrician with experience leading people strategy across Malta, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Italy and Spain. Her work spans organisational design, multi-country HR governance, employee relations, leadership development, reward and transformation. She holds a doctorate, with her research focused on leadership and emotional intelligence, and is the author of The Human Side of Leadership: Emotional Intelligence in Practice.
